About the Episode

The what's what...

There is a joke in the higher education space - professionals who make the switch from working 'on campus' to the vendor side often refer to themselves as moving to the 'dark side.' Maybe the moniker is a bit sinister, or maybe not! In this episode of CRMprov, Mickey and Jamie riff with Amy Maltagliati from the University of New Hampshire about her journey to the 'tech side.'

As a former college athlete and admissions recruiter, Amy is now a member of the recently-centralized Salesforce Tech Support team that supports all campuses of the UNH system. As a former admissions professional with a depth of knowledge in communications flows, enrollment data, personalization tools, and other enrollment tactics, Amy now has the opportunity to apply that industry insight with her nine-person tech team within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Are you interested in moving to the tech side? Does your campus need to bring your tech team closer into the enrollment process, or vice versa? Is tech or a lack of support impacting your growth goals? Listen up and gain valuable insight from Amy about how she supports admissions in her current role at Salesforce.
