About the Episode

The what's what...

Mickey Baines and Jamie Gleason go 'guest-less' on this episode of CRMprov as they ruminate on the CRM implementation expectations, process, scaling, and timeline. These seasoned pros have both been through on-campus CRM decisions and implementations processes. They have seen "the good, the bad, and the ugly" when it comes to this process - both on campus and from the vendor perspective. While they've seen things go very wrong, they've also witnessed implementations go very right.

As commencement passes and summer approaches, many institutions are in the final decision-making process for a new CRM implementation, in the sales process for a new technology, or in the midst of implementing a new tool. While it's easy to wear rose-colored glasses and think that your implementation will be flawless, that is typically not exactly how it goes.

Mickey and Jamie will highlight tips for a smooth implementation and share ways you can level-set the expectations for different divisions or teams involved in the process. Jump on board the CRM train as they take a short trip through implementation as they have seen it.
