Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full time Assistant Director in the Office of Degree Completion and Graduate Admissions. This position manages systems and recruiting for the office through the following functions – plan and implement Information Sessions, Open Houses, webinars, New Student Orientations, and other events; Support the functionality of the recruitment database (Slate) and the collaboration with program Directors; telephone and email contact with applicants; meeting with potential students etc.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred); experience in the recruitment process in higher education desired; demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office applications with an emphasis on Excel; excellent communication skills, time management and organizational skills; high energy, detail oriented professional. Candidates must possess an appreciation for and congruence with the Franciscan mission of the University.
