Assistant Director of Lifecycle Marketing (71101) Location: Brooklyn, NY Description: Attention all marketers with a passion for higher education and a penchant for keeping track of the most genius (and cringeworthy) email subject lines you receive from brands. Don't be shy, we know you're out there! Pratt Institute's Office of Enrollment Marketing is seeking an Assistant Director of Lifecycle Marketing to take our nurture campaigns to new heights. You'll be the brains behind the operation, developing killer strategies and executing them flawlessly, all while keeping a sharp eye on the details. While email marketing is your bread and butter, you'll also have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles by identifying other touchpoints that will make our campaign shine (think print, events, and more). Collaboration is key, so you'll work alongside a talented team to bring your vision to life. If you're a marketing maven with a passion for student success, we want to hear from you! Enrollment Marketing is a new division within Enrollment Management. Our job is to make sure the student journey from “I'm interested” to “I'm in” is a smooth one. We mix the magic of storytelling with data to create meaningful connections and moments that help prospective students find their path to higher education. As a top-ranked college with opportunities in art, design, architecture, liberal arts and sciences, and information studies, Pratt offers nearly 50 undergraduate and graduate degree programs. The Institute's impact expands beyond its 25-acre residential campus in Brooklyn to cutting-edge facilities throughout the borough, a landmark building and public gallery in Manhattan, as well as an extension campus, PrattMWP College of Art and Design in Utica, New York. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a higher education setting. Knowledge and Skills: • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technology tools. Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM strongly preferred. • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns, and analyze and report on results. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling messaging and content. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills. Experience with Asana is preferred. • Experience with HTML coding for email templates preferred Other: Passion for higher education and helping students achieve their educational goals. This is currently a hybrid position, partially remote and partially in-person, and based at our Brooklyn location. Occasional evening and weekend work required.
