Practitioner-led. Higher-ed specific. Applied by design.
Online AI programs taught by people doing this work in higher ed today. You leave with something working at your institution, not just a certificate.
Tell us a little about you, and we'll follow up with program details and registration information.
Taught by people doing this work in higher ed today: a Dean of Enrollment, a former university Director of Content Strategy, a former enrollment AVP turned AI founder, and the former COO and Head of AI of a CRM used by 350+ institutions.
Every example, dataset, and case comes from higher ed. Build agents on your own institution's public web pages, redesign a real stage of your enrollment funnel, and get clear guidance on student data and IT approval.
You build it, test it, and show it. The Agent Builder badge goes only to learners who ship and demo a working agent. The enrollment track ends with a tested AI component, a measurement plan, and a case for leadership.
Pick one course track. Both include State of AI and every tool and resource you need, so you buy nothing else.
Go from a working prompt to an agent that runs itself every Monday.
In four weeks, build a scheduled, multi-skill agent yourself, and learn a method you can reuse for any task in any tool your institution approves.
Operators in marketing ops, enrollment ops, institutional research, advancement, registrar, financial aid, student success, HR, and IT. Comfortable with spreadsheets and CSV exports. No coding.
A working multi-skill agent, demoed live at Demo Day, and the Enrollify AI Agent Builder badge.

Stop using AI for one-off tasks. Redesign how enrollment work gets done.
Explore what AI can do across the enrollment funnel, pick the problem worth solving, redesign that stage, and build and test the AI component that makes it work.
Enrollment directors, admissions and recruitment teams, enrollment marketers, admissions ops and CRM, visit and event leaders, and student engagement staff. Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. No coding.
A tested AI solution, a measurement plan, and a one-page case ready for your VP or cabinet.
Your quarterly AI briefing, built for higher ed.
What changed in AI this quarter, what works now, what is still unreliable, and what you, your team, and your institution should do in the next 90 days.
Higher ed leaders and anyone who needs a clear 90-day AI plan. No prerequisites.

In the Builder track, the kickoff is recorded, office hours run weekly, and Demo Day has an overflow session. We’ll share the full live schedule with registered participants before launch.
Each learner chooses one course track: Builder or Enrollment Leader.
Yes. State of AI ($199 value) is included with both course tracks. You can also take it on its own for $199.
