Overview

Element451 along with its affiliates ("We," "Us," or the "Company") is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. We are an AI agent workforce platform for admissions, marketing, student success, and advancement. Individual students have access to apps and tools (i.e., applications, agents, event reservation systems, calendars, communications, and generated web pages). These features are launched and configured by Universities or Colleges through an administrative dashboard. We use the contact information you provide us only to communicate with you.

Enrollify is a brand and website operated by Element451. Information collected through Enrollify is collected by that same entity and may be combined with information collected through its other owned sites and services for the purposes described in this notice.

We take the security of your information seriously and take steps to keep your information secure. Please read the full Privacy and Security Statement below, and you can always contact us if you have questions.

This may include details of your visits to our websites, including information about your connectivity, such as your IP address and browser information, location data, logs, and other communication data, and the resources you access and use on the websites. Upon your acceptance of cookies from our websites, we may collect information about your visits to the websites without you actively re-submitting acceptance of cookies. How or when we disclose your information

Protecting your personal information is important to us, and we neither rent nor sell your personal information. We may disclose or transfer personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy and Security Statement, including:

  • To the University or College, you have submitted a request for information, an application, or a tuition deposit.
  • To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including responding to any government or regulatory request.
  • To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements that govern the sale or use of our products and services.
  • To protect the rights, property, or security of Element451, our employees, our users, or others.
  • To our service providers that work on our behalf, or with us, to provide you with our apps, tools, and services, but only to the extent necessary to provide such apps, tools, or services.

How do we transfer your information?

To facilitate our global operations, your personal data may be collected, transferred to, and stored by us in the United States and by our affiliates in other countries where we operate, including countries outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). If your personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we will put in place suitable safeguards to ensure that such transfer is carried out in compliance with applicable data protection rules.

How do we store your data?

We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with legal, regulatory, or internal policy requirements.

How do we secure your personal data?

We take your security seriously and take reasonable steps to protect and secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. We have implemented adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized, accidental, or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, misuse, disclosure, or access and against all other unlawful forms of processing. These security measures have been implemented taking into account the state of the art of the technology, their cost of implementation, the risks presented by the processing, and the nature of the personal data, with particular care for sensitive data.

Your rights related to your personal data

You may have a right to access and obtain a copy of your personal data as processed by Element451.

You may also have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • object to the processing of your personal data;
  • request the rectification of inaccurate personal data and ensure it is complete;
  • request the erasure of your personal data;
  • request restriction on the processing of your personal data;
  • request a transfer of your personal data to another controller to the extent possible.

If you would like to exercise any of the rights, please contact us as set out below. If we agree that we are obliged to provide personal information to you (or someone else on your behalf), we will provide it to you or them free of charge and will respond without delay and within one calendar month of receipt of your request. In certain circumstances, such as if the request is complex or you have submitted numerous requests, we may extend this period by two months, but we will always notify you if any extension is necessary.

We may ask for proof of identity and sufficient information about your interactions with us so that we can locate your personal information. Please note that the time limit for fulfilling your request does not start until we have been able to verify your identity.

California requires operators of websites or similar services to make certain disclosures to users who reside in California regarding their rights. Specifically:

Shine the light

For clarity, we will not trade, rent, share or sell your personal information to third parties unless you ask or authorize us to do so. However, if we disclose personal information that is primarily used for personal, family, or household purposes of a California user to a third party for said third party's direct marketing purposes, we will identify such third party along with the type of personal data disclosed, upon your request.

For further clarification, please refer to the "Contact us" section below. Under California law, businesses are only required to respond to a user's request once during any calendar year.

Do Not Track

Some browsers give individuals the ability to communicate that they wish not to be tracked while browsing on the Internet. California law requires that we disclose to users how we treat do-not-track requests. The internet industry has not yet agreed on a definition of what "Do Not Track" means, how compliance with "Do Not Track" would be measured or evaluated, or a common approach to responding to a "Do Not Track" signal. We have not yet developed features that would recognize or respond to browser initiated Do Not Track signals in response to California law. In the meantime, there are technical means to prevent some of the tracking.
