Andy Doell has over thirty years of experience in the field of education. He has served as an elementary teacher, coach, elementary principal, high school principal, and is currently the Superintendent of Schools for the Bloomfield Central School District. Andy has a heart for students as well as a heart for developing future leaders in the field. Andy serves on the Wayne-Finger Lakes Leadership Institute Board, the Rural Schools Association Board of Directors, and the FLCC/School Superintendents Joint Advisory Board and serves as an instructor for the W-FL Leadership Institute Prequel Course, which prepares future leaders in the field of educational leadership.
