Dr. Ed Cabellon is transformational higher education executive committed to building trust, advancing equity, and sustaining student success through organizational excellence. Across nearly three decades leading student affairs, enrollment management, and student success work, he has led teams that have achieved measurable outcomes in student recruitment, retention, and completion, while strengthening institutional culture and resilience at both 2- and 4-year institutions. He currently is serving a two-year contract as the interim vice president for student experience at Frederick Community College (MD). With almost 30 years of administrative experience, Ed leverages his research in digital technology to advance organizational change. Most recently, he is leading cross-divisional teams that seek to blend human and artificial intelligence throughout the student lifecycle for improved engagement, satisfaction, and outcomes. As a mentor, Dr. Cabellon is known for developing current and future leaders. He is an active thought partner in strategic leadership and a sought-after voice on innovation throughout Higher Education.
