Jennifer Walker

Jen Walker is a higher education enrollment management leader with over 20 years of experience in student recruitment. She currently serves as VP of Enrollment Management at Brandeis University, where she oversees a comprehensive divisional portfolio spanning graduate and undergraduate admissions, enrollment marketing, enrollment operations, the registrar, and student financial services. Jen's work focuses on building and modernizing the technology, analytics, and policy infrastructure that drives enrollment strategy — from CRM systems and funnel analytics to net tuition revenue optimization. Alongside her institutional work, she has consulted with post-secondary schools and colleges on optimizing enrollment infrastructure and approach.
