Dr. Courtney Lewis is the Director of Enrollment Services at Trinity Valley Community College, where she leads recruitment, admissions, academic advising, and enrollment strategy. A nationally recognized, award-winning higher education leader, she specializes in organizational change, enrollment management, artificial intelligence, CRM strategy, and student success. As an early adopter of AI in higher education, Dr. Lewis has helped institutions move beyond experimentation to meaningful implementation, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance the student experience, improve operational efficiency, and empower employees. She serves on Element451's Strategic Advisory Board and is a frequent national presenter, sharing practical strategies for AI adoption, enrollment management, student engagement, change management, and technology-enabled transformation across higher education.
