Trey Boyer is the Chief Revenue Officer at Element451, where he leads revenue strategy across customer acquisition, expansion, and retention. With more than 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing go-to-market organizations, Trey is known for driving sustainable growth, developing strong teams, and creating customer-centric strategies that deliver measurable results. Before joining Element451, Trey held senior leadership roles at Podium, where he led enterprise and SMB/mid-market growth initiatives and managed a team of more than 350 professionals across the United States and Canada. He also launched the company’s offshore sales development motion, establishing SDR operations in Pakistan, Colombia, and Guatemala to support global growth. Prior to Podium, Trey spent nearly a decade at Hudl, helping transform the organization into a market leader. During his tenure, he led large-scale sales and customer success teams, managed P&L responsibilities, and consistently delivered more than 30% year-over-year growth. Under his leadership, revenue increased by more than 1,000%, reflecting his ability to scale organizations while maintaining a strong focus on customer outcomes and team development.
