Andy Schneider
Andy Schneider serves as Dean of Admissions at Marquette University, where he leads the university’s undergraduate enrollment strategy in support of the Marquette 2031 Strategic Plan. Since joining Marquette in 2006 as an admissions counselor, Schneider has held a series of progressively senior roles across admissions and marketing, including director of enrollment and marketing strategy and assistant dean of admissions. With nearly two decades of experience at the university, he has worked across recruitment, events, operations, and marketing to strengthen Marquette’s approach to engaging prospective students and families. Schneider holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Valparaiso University.
