Andy Shearouse

Andy Shearouse is the assistant director of Augustana College's entrepreneurial center (better known as EDGE). He has served in that capacity since 2015, along with a brief stint as the college's on-campus student employment coordinator. In his role in the EDGE Center, Andy mentors students and oversees the day-to-day operations of EDGE's student-led creative services business. He graduated from Augustana College in 2015, and completed his MBA at the University of Iowa's Tippie School of Management in 2021. In addition to his work at Augustana College, Andy co-owns and operates JoyLab, a creative services and web design agency. He also is the board president of the Genesius Theatre Foundation, a 501(c)3 supporting the Genesius Guild, a free theater in Rock Island, IL, and has been an active volunteer and leader of the program committee for HighEdWeb, an annual conference for marketing and web professionals in higher education.
