Brittany brings over a decade of experience in higher education admissions and recruitment. She previously held pivotal roles within university admissions, developing skills in enrollment management and student support. As the Director of Admissions and Recruitment at College of The Albemarle, Brittany oversees admissions, recruitment, student life and leadership, accessibility services, student conduct, and the NC Career Coaches program. Notably, she has implemented Element451 at two higher education institutions, enhancing recruitment strategies and student engagement.
