Claire Brady
Dr. Claire Brady is a nationally recognized higher education leader, consultant, and AI strategist who works at the intersection of enrollment, student success, and responsible technology adoption. Over the past three years, she has partnered with more than 100 colleges and universities navigating AI integration across enrollment management and student affairs. As President of Glass Half Full Consulting and Co-Founder of the Association for Higher Education Consulting and Coaching, Claire helps institutions move beyond hype to practical, mission-aligned AI strategies that work. She is the author of The Transformative Potential of AI in Student Affairs, developed with NASPA and the Strada Education Foundation, and her forthcoming book, AI with Intention: The Leadership Guide for Higher Education (Spring 2026). Before consulting, Claire spent more than two decades in senior higher education leadership roles, including serving as Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs. Her philosophy is simple: AI should create more capacity for human connection—not replace it. Claire lives in Orlando with her husband, Ben, and their son.
