Eric Hoover

Eric Hoover, a senior writer for the Chronicle of Higher Education, has written extensively about college access, admissions, and student diversity for two decades. His journalism has also appeared in the New York Times, Washington Post, Washington Monthly, and Nautilus. Eric has received numerous journalism awards and is a two-time winner of the Education Writers Association’s Eddie Prize, which recognizes distinguished reporting on the challenges facing low-income and first-generation students.
