Halima Leak Francis

Halima Leak Francis is the director of the John Lewis Public Administration Program in Tulane University’s School of Professional Advancement. An accomplished educator, practitioner and scholar, Halima holds the Carnegie Corporation of NY Professor of Social Entrepreneurship in Tulane's Taylor Center for Social Innovation and Design Thinking, and she serves as co-chair of the Tulane History Project.
