Janice Cheng-McConnell grew up in Taipei, Taiwan and earned her bachelor's in creative writing and Master of Public Administration at Binghamton University. As the Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Communications at Syracuse University's Maxwell School, Janice strategizes multimedia content and student journeys. Her other projects include serving as the vice chair for the 2022 HighEdWeb Annual Conference and as a facilitator for Dr. Josie Ahlquist's Renew virtual retreat series. Janice spends most of her free time playing Dungeons & Dragons.
