Notably, Kaitlin served as a founding member of the curriculum team for Southern New Hampshire University's College for America, where she designed competency-based degree programs in close collaboration with industry partners. Kaitlin writes and speaks on the future of work and learning, and co-hosts the Work Forces podcast. She holds degrees from Brown University and Harvard Graduate School of Education.
