With more than 30 years of experience in higher education, Larry has led initiatives spanning educational technology, IT infrastructure, and campus operations. A U.S. Army veteran and Russian linguist, he brings a unique perspective to leadership and service. Larry holds a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University and is known for fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across campuses
