From there, he joined Cengage's technology strategy team, eventually becoming a product manager to help the company pivot to its "Unlimited" subscription service for courseware. Prior to his current role running the EdTech Thoughts newsletter, Matt worked at SEI Ventures and Workshop Venture Partners, which focused on working with entrepreneurs in the EdTech space.
