In addition to her work at UA, she sits on the OACAC executive board as the Northeast Ohio Delegate and is a part of the NACAC NEXT leadership cohort for 2024-2025. As a first-generation student herself, McKenzie recognizes the importance of breaking down barriers for students within this population and centers her work around this passion.
