Nathan Ament

Nathan is an experienced enrollment manager having served in leadership roles at institutions in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, and Louisiana. Nathan believes in managing an enrollment operation with an eye on logic, humility, and humor. His 23-year career has provided him with practical experience in all areas of strategic enrollment management and execution ‐ financial aid leveraging, staff management, cross‐campus relationship building, and visit experiences. He also co-hosts “The Admissions Directors Lunchcast” podcast with his friend and business partner, Teege Mettille. A native of Illinois, Nathan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Augustana College (IL) and a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Nathan has been married to his wife Jaimie for the past 20 years and together they have two sons - Noah (18) and Charlie (16) who are both active student musicians.
