Drawing on her previous career as an internationally recognized tango artist, Sharna works with individuals and teams to develop both leadership and their followership skills. Sharna completed her M.F.A. in dance at UCLA, and she is the 2023 chair of the International Leadership Association’s Followership Member Community.
