With more than 25 years of experience, Tracey blends an artist’s intuition with strategic clarity — helping clients move fast, think big, and create with conviction. Her work has earned over 25 Webby Awards and a 2023 Clio Award for interactive campaign design, with recent clients including Skidmore College, SunMed, CI Renew, Mackey Strategies, and Saint Michael’s College. Before adeo, she co-founded and led Fastspot for two decades, serving as Chief Visionary Officer. There, she delivered high-impact brand and digital strategy for prominent higher ed institutions, global associations, and cultural organizations — including Yale University, The Walters Art Museum, Brown University, The Nuclear Energy Institute, Kenyon College and many others. A frequent speaker and industry provocateur, Tracey has delivered talks at SXSW, UCDA, and Confab London, including the closing keynote Designers (Should) Run the World. She was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist and an early pioneer of interactive storytelling with her award-winning project Memoire. Outside of adeo, Tracey is an accomplished contemporary painter represented by The Winkel Gallery in Maryland, with collectors across the U.S. Whether in the studio or the boardroom, she leads with curiosity, courage, and the conviction that creativity is the ultimate accelerant.
