About the Episode

On this week’s episode of the Enrollify Podcast, Zach sits down with Allison Trucio (Assistant VP for Enrollment and Marketing) and Katie Szalda (Director of Admissions) of Siena College to chat about the relationship between marketing and admissions teams in higher ed.

Traditionally, marketing and admissions teams have functioned as independent units at colleges and universities. However, institutions like Siena College are changing the tide by creating a more collaborative environment in which these teams work together to achieve the common goal of increasing enrollment.

Tune in as Zach, Katie and Allison explore how the relationship between marketing and admissions at Siena College has evolved over the last twenty years, and the future of this collaboration across higher ed in years to come.
