Joseph Paris

Dr. Joseph Paris is Dean of the School of Graduate and Professional Studies at Delaware Valley University. He previously served as Assistant Professor of Higher Education at Temple University and Executive Director of Graduate Admissions at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. His research and teaching focus on the intersection of institutional effectiveness and college student success and draw upon his professional experience in enrollment management and higher education marketing.

Stanley Kania III

Dr. Stanley J. Kania III is a higher education professional with over twelve years of higher education and graduate enrollment management experience. He currently serves as Assistant Dean of Admissions & Enrollment and Assistant Professor in the Department of Family, Community, & Preventative Medicine at Drexel University College of Medicine. Previously, he served as Director of Enrollment Management at Temple University's College of Education & Human Development and Associate Director of Admissions at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. He also is an Adjunct Instructor in the PhD Program and Higher Education Administration programs at Marywood University. Dr. Kania holds a PhD Administration & Leadership, MBA Management, and BA Political Science- all from Marywood University. He is a peer-review published researcher who has given both scholarly and practitioner-oriented presentations at national and regional conferences. He is also the co-editor of the forthcoming NAGAP sponsored book, A Comprehensive Guide to Graduate Enrollment Management: Advancing Research and Practice, to be published in April 2024. His research interests include the use of artificial intelligence in higher education, professional identity formation in health professions education, and institutional models of graduate enrollment management.
