About the Episode

Welcome to our 100th Enrollify Podcast episode (cue the confetti)! This is an extra special milestone for Enrollify, the place where enrollment marketers go to upskill, reskill, and discover new ideas, products, and services. In this episode, we put host Zach Busekrus in the hot seat and ask him all sorts of fascinating questions, from the top people who influence him to his favorite breakfast options.

Making her Enrollify podcast debut will be special guest host Natalie Gleason, whose first collaboration with Enrollify was through a strategic partnership with Mongoose (where she was working up until last year). A proud early adopter of Enrollify, Natalie is now a full-time member of the team working on Enrollify and its sister brands, mainly behind the scenes on marketing strategy, but is excited to (finally) go behind the mic.

In this episode, we pack in a recap of noteworthy marketing discoveries thus far, get inside our founder's head and hear more about HIS story, and get 100 random insights that may or may not help you grow, but will hopefully entertain you. Trust us, you won’t want to miss this one!

Host

Malls. Banks. Welding Equipment. Software. Natalie’s had a hand in the marketing and advertising for brands across industries since earning her BS in Business Administration from University at Buffalo back in… well, the year is not important. All these roads have led her to her current role with Direct Development, a family of brands serving the education and nonprofit sectors, where she plays Director of Marketing Strategy. She enjoys simplifying the complex and problem-solving, so when an audience is presented with a challenge, what are the solutions and how can they be communicated effectively? All that thinking comes in handy when she’s managing her two-year-old daughter at home, too - anticipating exactly what is needed and when. “Don’t worry, Cora! Here’s your cup!” Until she realizes the cup isn’t the solution… then, as in the world of marketing, you gotta try new things and be ready to pivot when they don’t work.
