Or listen on:

About the Episode

In this episode of Attention Retention, Angie, Clayton, and Zach brainstorm practical, innovative, and specific ideas for how to recruit non-traditional learners and unpack the nuances that exist in courting these audiences.

The dynamic trio discusses:

  • How to define adult learners (and discusses how to break this macro audience down into 3-4 key persona groups)
  • What kind of messaging (ad copy, email tone and style, etc.) works with each persona?
  • Whether or not traditional recruitment events work for this audience?
  • What comms does each persona need?  Do they differ between groups?
  • What works and what doesn’t when it comes to retaining adult learners
  • What kind of programming must schools offer to effectively empower adult learners
  • And loads more!
