About the Episode

COVID-19 has dramatically accelerated the adoption of online education across the education spectrum...but the disruption of higher education has only just begun.

On this week's episode of the podcast, Zach is joined by not one, not two, but by three higher education thought leaders.

Tune in for a riveting conversation with Clayton Dean from Circa Interactive, Malika Clinkscales from InsideTrack, and Laurie Pulido from Ease Learning on how to fundamentally reimagine the student experience to align with the expectations that today's prospects have of the value proposition of higher education.

Together, Clayton, Malika, and Laurie have created a new, free course for higher ed professionals to help provide them with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate internal conversations as they deploy and grow online degree programs in this turbulent time.

During the conversation, our guests also talk in length about the importance of learning design, enrollment marketing and coaching/retention working together, especially when it comes to persona development and persona-specific storytelling throughout the student lifecycle.
